RETURNS

Curious Baby would like you to be completely happy with the items you order so if for any reason you are unhappy then please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note provided the goods are returned in their original state, unused and unworn with all labels attached and receipt enclosed. Curious Baby is unable to provide refunds for changes of mind. The sender will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

All Accessories are final sale. 

There are no returns on SALE items.

FAULTY ITEMS

All Curious Baby products are thoroughly quality checked prior to shipment and Curious Baby reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a quality and production check. If it's determined that the product is faulty then subject to availibility a replacement will be sent. If the item is no longer in stock, a credit note or full refund will be issued. We will contact you within 7 business days of the goods arriving at head office. Please ensure you include a copy of your postage receipt for if the product is deemed faulty we will refund or credit your postage costs.

SHIPPING

All orders are currently made by hand to order, each order will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks of the order date.

Please allow 5 to 10 days for Australia Post to deliver your order.

We have a $10 flat rate for shipping on all orders Australia wide.

All other shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items is considered the responsibility of the customer.
